 Designed to teach users how to combine ACT!’s powerful features to achieve real results. This is not a feature review class.

In this class you will be lead through the features, each one building on the next, building a logical model.

     Customization

 Designed for the user who wants to design a database that will meet your company’s specific needs. Your company needs fields that are unique to your business, data entry that requires specialized processes, and user needs that are specific to your business.

      Administration

Designed for the person who is in charge of maintaining the database. Each environment is unique and requires specific knowledge of the proper setup and maintenance procedures. You will learn how to setup, maintain, and trouble shoot your ACT database.
